We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase so we carefully inspect every item before shipping it to you. In fact we have two of our trained staff inspect the item to make doubly sure everything is correct before shipping it to you.
Payment Terms
Precision Jewellers accepts all payments through PAYPAL. If you would like to contact us directly for payment we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You can pay us directly by calling 519-253-6084 and ask for Website Payments of a product.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Precision will only ship your purchase Federal Express. We will charge you the shipping charge plus a $5.00 handling charge. U.S. Orders may be subject to brokerage and duty fees. You will be notified of all charges before we ship out the item.
Returning an Item
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you three days from the time you receive your item to return it to us for a refund. Due to the volume of our sales, we cannot extend this time frame. If you would like to return the item, please follow these simple steps:*
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt that you would like to return the item
- Return shipping must be by Federal Express, at your expense
- Place the item in its original packaging and then place it in the FEDEX envelope
- Do not ship the parcel on a Friday or over a holiday weekend
- Be sure to write the following on the Federal Express waybill: “Returning Purchase Unhappy With the Item
- Address the item exactly as follows: Precision

- The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. If it is not the refund will not be issued
- Once the item is received and the above terms have been met we will issue a refund to your credit card through PAYPAL within 72 hours of receipt of the item. The refund will reflect the purchase price and taxes, less the shipping and handling charge.
Ring Sizing
Our rings are manufactured to standard sizes: a size 6 for ladies and a size 10 for gentlemen. Sizing is provided up to 2 sizes up or two sizes down for the nominal fee of $20.00. However, once a ring is sized it cannot be returned for a refund.
Warranty
Jewellery is made to be worn and we want you to wear and enjoy your purchase. However, because different people wear their jewellery differently—(think how a car mechanic would wear his jewellery differently than an office worker) we do not offer a guarantee on our products. We will tell you that we use only the finest products and techniques in everything we do! Please refer to the return period for the item listed above if you are unhappy with your purchase. |
